Stanley is a former Military Psychologist who served in MINDEF/SAF for over 10 years. He has equipped many anxious youths and their parents with the know-how and the strength of mind to undergo NS safely and positively. As a performance coach, Stanley has authored a book titled The Road To Officership. This is a self-help manual that teaches readers how to leverage self-awareness, self-belief and self-regulation to enhance their leadership qualities.
