Education and Qualifications:

Academically, Weixi holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, a Masters in Organizational Leadership awarded by Monash University, as well as Masters Certificate in Business Analysis from George Washington University. A certified Project Management Professional (PMI, USA) and Certified Business Analysis Professional (IIBA, CAN), he is also fluent in the use of DiSC, Strength Deployment Inventory, and Harrison Assessments profiling tools. In addition, he is a Certified Professional Trainer (IPMA, UK), and also holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA, SG) from the Institute for Adult Learning. Certified as a Scrum Master, his recent projects centre on promulgating the adoption of Agile Framework in projects.

Wicky Andry has more than 16 years of experience in multinational company which focus on customer service, process and selling. He has lived in US, Denmark and Singapore in his working years, giving him the edge on understanding multicultural differences.

Lam Yue Pak (YP) is Chief Executive of ASIA Netwerks, a business consultancy and professional training firm he established in 2008. YP has both deep and wide experience in various industry segments including: Insurance, Hotel & Travel, Banking & Financial Services, Leisure & Entertainment, Manufacturing, Retailing, Construction, Mining, and many more. He has cross-cultural exposure working with colleagues and business partners in the United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong & Indonesia.

Skills and Qualifications:

YP is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Professional Trainer and a Certified Behavioral Consultant with over 20 years experience in top level management positions working with diversified companies based in Singapore and Malaysia. He received his early training as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers). YP’s forte is in leadership and management development training and his core programs are “8 Critical Skills of Successful Managers”, “Transforming Managers to Leaders”, “The Harvard Executive Series”, “The Bullet-proof Manager” and “Strategic Leadership”. YP also runs simplified technical workshops such as “Finance for Non-finance Managers” and “Fraud – Prevention & Detection”. 

Stanley is a former Military Psychologist who served in MINDEF/SAF for over 10 years. He has equipped many anxious youths and their parents with the know-how and the strength of mind to undergo NS safely and positively. He has also transformed scores of aspiring teenagers, including shy and self-doubting ones, into confident military officers. 

As a performance coach, Stanley has authored a book titled The Road To Officership. This is a self-help manual that teaches readers how to leverage self-awareness, self-belief and self-regulation to enhance their leadership qualities. Stanley has also been engaged by statutory boards and schools to deliver National Service preparatory talks to large audiences. Besides pre-enlistees, Stanley has also provided leadership coaching for in-service military experts and specialists.

During his service in MINDEF, Stanley has published essays on a range of topics, including the psychology of peacekeeping and the psychology of risk assessment in training safety. He has also worked under the Chief of Air Force to pen articles on the art of Command, Leadership, and Staff Work.

Education and Qualifications:

Stanley was a recipient of the 1997 SAF Overseas Merit Scholarship and was the Best Trainee of his officer cadet course. He holds a Master of Science (Distinction) in Occupational Psychology (2001) and a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Psychology (2000) from the University of Nottingham. He is a qualified Professional Certified Coach (2012) and is also certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the 16 Personality Factors (2009).

Christine has a background as an industrial psychologist, handling projects ranging from assessment center, leadership development program, competency model development, talent mapping, coaching and counseling, corporate culture building, job evaluation and performance management for leading companies. With 14 years of L&D experience, she is passionate about employee engagement and enhancing multi-generational communication.

Effectively bilingual, Bayu has extensive experience in delivering end to end solution from his prior facilitation/consuttancy experience with MDITack. A Mindgym certified coach, range of training topics include communication and presentation skills, service excellence, sales management, and team effectiveness.
